Description
All stainless steel high temperature cooler
This Customized 12 Rows 22 Holes 1540mm WHRU with 195KW is provided for Industrial Heat Recovery.
The core construction uses 5/8" Ø15.88*0.65mm #304 Stainless steel Tubes and 0.12mm #304 Stainless steel Fins (FPI 2.5mm). Row spacing: 33mm. Hole spacing: 38.1mm. Additionally, the Perimeter Frames are manufactured out of 2.0mm thick #304 stainless steel.
Functions:
The primary function of a WHRU is to recover and reuse otherwise wasted thermal energy. By redirecting this heat, the system reduces fuel consumption, lowers operating costs, and improves overall process efficiency. Additionally, it can help decrease greenhouse gas emissions and support combined heat and power (cogeneration) systems by supplying recovered heat for heating, steam generation, or other process requirements.
