This customized 6 Rows 48 Holes 2210Lmm finned-tube heat exchanger is Condenser for cold storage rooms.
The core construction uses 3/8" Ø9.52*0.3-17mm Inner Grooved Copper Tubes and 0.115mm Hydrophilic aluminum Fins (FPI 2.5mm). Row spacing: 21.65mm. Hole spacing: 25mm. Additionally, the Perimeter Frames are manufactured out of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet.
Function of a Finned Tube Condenser:
A finned tube condenser is an air-cooled heat exchanger that rejects heat from a refrigerant or process fluid to the surrounding air. It is the component that closes the refrigeration cycle: superheated gas discharged by the compressor enters the tubes, transfers its heat to the air stream passing across the fins, and condenses into liquid before flowing on to the expansion device.
