BOYI customized Ø9.52mm IGT copper tube evaporator coils
This customized 8(4+4) Rows 100 Holes 2300mmL finned-tube heat exchanger is Evaporator Coils.
The core construction uses 3/8" Ø9.52*0.27-16mm Copper Tubes and 0.105mm Hydrophilic aluminum Fins (FPI 1.8mm). Row spacing: 21.65mm. Hole spacing: 25mm. Additionally, the Perimeter Frames are manufactured out of 2.0mm thick Galvanized sheet.
A finned evaporator is a heat exchanger where low-pressure liquid refrigerant evaporates inside copper tubes while a fan forces air across closely spaced aluminum fins bonded to the tubes. The fins dramatically enlarge the air-side surface area, compensating for air's poor heat-transfer coefficient, so heat is efficiently absorbed from the air into the boiling refrigerant — cooling and dehumidifying the air stream.
